Full Basics Release Presentation by Mr. David Miscavige now On-Line!!

Incredible!  Formerly just available on DVD, the release of the Basics books & lectures by Mr. David Miscavige has now become available on-line, and in-full. 

The release of the Basics was, in my mind, one of the single most important and significant moments in Scientology history, as it signified the first time that just anyone could simply – by reading books – know all of the basics of the Scientology religion – and know it better than many who had been involved for years.

If you haven’t yet seen this presentation, and wish to get a tour through what makes Scientology tick – and in the process get an appreciation for how much work Mr. David Miscavige put into making sure that the Basics were precisely what L. Ron Hubbard intended – watch the video here.

Setting the Record Straight on Mr. David Miscavige

I had seen some of the articles bouncing around on the web regarding the main figure driving forward the expansion of Scientology – Mr. David Miscavige.  Unfortunately, those articles had been what I already knew to be an outrageous set of fabrications and complete lack of sensibility whatsoever – but I had nothing to point at for a counterpoint, until now.

Freedom Magazine just published an expose of the St. Petersburg Times, and the awful set of “articles” they wrote regarding Scientology and its leader.  It’s actually pretty sordid, and makes me really wonder what was happening behind the scenes at S.P. Times.

The truth is that with what Mr. Miscavige has done for my religion in his time is staggering – so many people have be positively affected by what he’s done, and they don’t even realize it.  From the release of the Scientology Basics – the fully-restored bedrock principles of the Scientology Religion, to pushing forward the planet’s most effective anti-drug campaign, he’s just the most compassionate, dynamic and amazing individual I am aware of. 

Nice to have that packaged into the pages of a magazine too.

What comes after the Basics?

In reading a chapter in Scientology 0-8, I came upon the Tone Plotting Scale from a June 1955 lecture by L. Ron Hubbard.  Looking this up on the Materials Guide Chart, I saw that this was from the Anatomy of the Spirit of Man Congress which LRH held at that time.   However, I quickly also saw that there are a number of other unreleased items that look like they will much further explain some of the concepts I’m reading on the Basics.  Can’t wait for these to come out!!
